Network Security Engineer
USA / Remote Available (Mountain Time Business Hours)
This is a support role, focused on managing and maintaining customer networks and security. The role is to cover helpdesk tickets involving tasks such as configuring and troubleshooting routing, switching, firewalls and network access control. Working closely with our customers to ensure that a high level of service is provided, and value added at every customer engagement. This position will suit an experienced Network Security engineer or a Network Engineer looking to move into a more security focused role.
We’re looking for a person who already has a background in Network Security.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a fast pace, results driven environment, ensuring that service levels are met is essential for a successful candidate.
The candidate must be comfortable working in a highly technical environment and be able to communicate their findings to non-technical customers.
